Thanks for stopping by to read this. As a kid in Oak Ridge Tennessee, I would hunt for the limited fossils that could be found in East TN. It was fun, then you would find something like a fossil shell or a small bone and the day dreams would begin. That was in the 70s and early 80s. Fast forward to 2012 when a friend took me to Morris Island SC, as soon as I stepped onto the beach, I found a Shark Vertebrae and next to it was a 2 inch Meg frag. I was blown away to hold these fossils that were millions of years old. And so began what would turn into adventure, obsession, fun and just plain addiction. But also a passion. I love finding ancient dead things. This ties in well with my love for all things marine. I started this site to share this addiction and hope to get you hooked as well. I want this site to be a resource for all to enjoy and learn from. You will find info on more than just sharks teeth, it covers shells and many other ancient marine fossils. Stay for a while and explore the site, we also sell finds and at prices everyone can afford. This site will focus mostly on Florida but will have some info on South Carolina as well..
